No outside processing
We do not send identifiable client datasets to external enrichment vendors, research providers, or verification services for their own processing.
Retention agreed up front
Before an evaluation starts we agree in writing what happens to the data you share, and when it is deleted. We set this per engagement; we do not yet publish one standard period.
Anonymised reuse only
We may keep anonymised or aggregated findings for research and methodology. We do not publicly identify clients or publish their confidential datasets without authorisation.
Protect neutrality
No vendor can pay to influence inclusion or results. Your requirements and the observed evidence decide the outcome.
Current posture
We publish only what we can support.
We document controls and certifications here once they are confirmed. Nothing on this page implies a certification we have not completed.

Do you need our CRM data?
Not by default. We first establish whether your ICP definitions can answer the question, and ask for your data only when they cannot.
Where is client data stored?
In Google Workspace. Other service providers may process information needed for hosting, scheduling, and payment.
How long is evaluation data retained?
We do not publish a standard retention period, because we do not have one yet. Retention is agreed in writing before each engagement begins: what is kept, where it is held, and when it is deleted.
Do public benchmark files contain personal information?
No. Our downloadable public benchmark datasets do not contain personal information.
Does vendor participation influence results?
We do not accept vendor payments. Our published methods and the evidence determine the results; vendors cannot pay to change a score or publication date.
